Retreats
Every business or organization needs to get out of Dodge and take a break from the familiar day-to-day. Your organization/ company/ agency is a living, breathing organism. Each person brings a personal and cultural history to the table. Creating the proper groundwork is imperative.
The hive mind opens toward deep, communal trust full of limitless possibilities.
Retreats allow the space to embrace the in-between of why we do what we do. Unfamiliar—yet comforting—environments allow for rapid, forehead-slapping cognitive shifts.
