Each individual comes into the collective with varying backgrounds. Schooling, social networks, and familial imprinting all play a role in how we work with others. When we utilize each other’s gifts while surfacing the threads of synchronicity we create limitless—yet pragmatic—possibilities. From this vantage point, the need for a foundation of strategic operations becomes clear.

To achieve a thriving hive mind we need to unlearn the habitual patterns that can lock us into dilemmas of in-fighting and debilitating processing. The continuum which clarity and ambiguity play can feel frustrating.
